The 19th annual production of Holidays With The Trail Band - a family concert, will be presented five times at the Aladdin Theatre December 7th through 9th. This year's production will showcase a wide variety of traditional and original holiday music including classical, Celtic, swing, and country styles. The Trail Band concerts showcase unique vocal and instrumental arrangements, humorous stories, and special guests. The band plays twenty five different instruments during the show and everyone in the band sings. Originally formed as a small orchestra for Marv Ross's musical, Voices From The Oregon Trail, the eight piece group moved away from its early American western roots and created a holiday show that succeeded wildly beyond their expectations. Having played over 300 holiday performances since 1994, The Trail Band has also recorded five holiday CDs and raised over a quarter of a million dollars for Friends of the Children.
Besides their Aladdin shows, this year's tour includes stops in Canby, Salem, Camas, McMinnville, The Dalles, Forest Grove, and Hood River. Most of the shows benefit school foundations and other non-profits in the Northwest.

The Trail Band will perform a concert of favorite holiday songs. This will be The Trail Band's only 2012 Christmas
program in Southwest Washington. The show is a fund raiser for Salmon Creek Kiwanis and is co-sponsored by Columbia
Credit Union. Tickets are $20 each when purchased in advance, or $22 at the door.
